2.Getting the Best Financing

It’s difficult to qualify for the best mortgage financing and jump through lenders’ hoops, so I help you to find the best lenders to meet your mortgage needs. We all have things that affect our credit worthiness and I work with different financial institutions and brokers so that there is more than one option for you to choose from.

3.Price Negotiations

Once you’ve found the perfect home with my assistance you will not be left to fend for yourself when you make that first offer to purchase. Before we do that we'll look at market data and I will give guidance to make sure that you’re on the right track to a good deal. Every property has a different strategy to making this happen, let my experience help you to avoid some of the pitfalls you might experience going it alone.

4.Inspections and Repairs

More negotiations can crop up even after you’ve agreed on a price, and they’re normally the result of something discovered during the inspection process. 5.Legal Advice

Home ownership is great so you will most definitely want to ensure that your are protected during and after the purchase. Your lawyer will play an important role ensuring there are no leins on the property, covenats that will affect how you plan to use it, and that the seller has clear title to sell. 6.Contract to Closing

There are so many dates, deadlines, documents and tasks involved in a real estate transaction, honestly it can be overwhelming. But don't worry it will all be coordinated by me and the team we have put together for you.
